About Will

Will was born and raised in California. He was educated at UC Davis where he spent two study abroad years in Perugia, Italy.  He earned bachelors degrees in both Communication and Italian, and then went on to a graduate program in International Business through the Mountbatten Institute at the University of Cambridge in England. 

He has spent the last 15 years working in Human Resources and Recruiting in both the US and the UK, providing services for Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as UBS, Apple, Google, Twitter, and Salesforce. He has also worked with founders and co-founders of highly disruptive tech start-ups, delivering bespoke people solutions to companies at critical stages in their growth.

Will is an active member of the San Francisco community, where he spends time in philanthropic endeavors to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer research. He sits on the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and won the Man of the Year title for San Francisco in 2020. He and his brother have also been running a summer camp for cancer patients and their siblings for over 25 years. His total impact to these causes have been in the millions of dollars, and he has been listed in Forbes Magazine twice for these efforts.
